" Relevant bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
" Relevant IT certifications.
" CCIE R&S and DC preferred
" Ability to manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
" Ability to demonstrate broad product knowledge integrated with strong technology understanding
" Aptitude to keep abreast of latest technologies and changing market trends in Software-Defined IT infrastructure (e.g SD-WAN, SD-Datacenter, SD-Access) domain from Cisco, Palo Alto, VMware, Juniper, F5, Dell-EMC, and other similar vendors. Maintains awareness of opportunities provided by new technology to address challenges and improve operational efficiency. Within own sphere of influence (i.e. LOB), works to further organizational goals, by the study and use of emerging technologies.
" Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.
" Ability to establish and create excellent client relationships with their technical expertise
" Ability to present technical solutions to non-technical audiences
" Knowledge of project/program management principles.
