Position: AR/Credit Collection Specialist (German Speaker)
Job Type: Full-time / HPP

Main Duties:
- Collect outstanding payments and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Create dispute cases based on customer communications.
- Provide regular updates on overdue accounts.
- Manage incoming checks and drafts.
- Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with SOX and internal regulations.

- Min. 1 year experience in a similar position
- Familiarity with Excel, Outlook, Word
- Knowledge of SAP is a must
- English and German verbal and written (C1)
